Erica Anne Mihok of Boardman, Ohio, and Scott Robert Galvin of Ann Arbor, Mich., are announcing their engagement and upcoming wedding plans.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Dr. Gerald and Andrea Mihok of Boardman.
Her fiancé is a son of the late Thomas Galvin, and Michael and Deborah Meder of Mentor, Ohio.
Miss Mihok is a 2000 graduate of Boardman High School and 2004 alumna of Kent State University. She is staff photographer for the New Castle News.
The future groom graduated in 1999 from Lake Catholic High School in Mentor and holds his degree from Kent State University.
He is a staff photographer for the University of Michigan.
The couple will marry on May 17, 2008, at St. Charles Borromeo in Boardman.
The reception will follow at The Embassy in Youngstown.
