Bruce and Luan Werther of 210 Robinson Road are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Anné Werther and Mark Ross Wagner. He is a son of Raymond and Christine Wagner of 587 Johnston Road, New Wilmington.
The couple are graduates of Wilmington High School.
Miss Werther attends Jameson School of Radiography.
Her fiancé graduated from Youngstown State University. He is a power plant attendant at Reliant Energy.
A wedding in May or June 2009 is being planned.
