Arrangements are by the William F. and Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Ave. •Karen L. Pelini, 50, of 301 Highland Ave. died July 2, 2008, in her home. There is no visitation or services. Arrangements are by the Joseph A. Tomon Jr. Funeral Home and Crematory, 97 Grim Ave., Ellport. •Norma Jane Pack Smith, 83, of 223 Evans Drive, Ellwood City, died July 2, 2008, in her home. There is no visitation. A private memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Knox Presbyterian Church, 449 Nicholson Ave., Ellwood City. Arrangements are by the Turner Funeral Home, 500 Sixth St., Ellwood City.
