Former New Castle resident Frank S. Venturella, 69, of Winter Garden, Fla., died the morning of Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2009, at his residence. Arrangements are being handled by the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 941 S. Mill St.
