Arrangements are by the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., 941 S Mill St. •Sophie V. “Polly” Zubkousky, 88, of 1407 Jackson Ave., died the morning of July 3, 2009, in Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. Arrangements are by the Noga Funeral Home, 1142 S. Mill Street.
