•Dewon R. Harper, 23, of New Castle, defiant trespass.
•Johnathan B. Malinchak, 24, of New Castle, intimidating a witness or victim.
•Tiffany Viggiano, 32, of New Castle, corruption of minors.
•James Landovis Jones, 43, of New Castle, charged by New Castle police with two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of flight to avoid apprehension or punishment, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked and driving with no rear lights.

Shenango Township police charged the following people:
•Charlene Ann Tanner, 59, of New Castle, address signs violation.
•Sarah D’angelo, 32, of New Castle, address signs violation.
•Patricia Sorbo, 51, of New Castle, refuse collection violation.

•Lisa Ann Dean, 38, McKees Rocks — A $200 fine and costs of prosecution, to be paid within six months. She pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Ashley Nicole Baxter, 25, New Castle — Nine to 23 1/2 months in a state correctional institution with credit for 15 days served, costs of prosecution, $52,416 restitution to the victims. She pleaded guilty to theft.
•Lori Ann Petronelis, 46, New Castle — Fifty-two days to two years in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 52 days served, costs of prosecution, $578 restitution to New Castle Gold. She pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property.
•Lori Ann Petronelis, 46, New Castle — Following a revocation of probation, she is resentenced to serve 10 to 50 days in the Lawrence County jail followed by five years probation, credited with 46 days served. Sentence is to run concurrently with any other sentence being served. Also, referral to Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol, undergo mental health evaluation by Human Services Center, costs of prosecution in cash or as community service. She had pleaded guilty to retail theft.
•Rose D. Sklenchar, 44, New Castle — A $100 fine and costs of prosecution. She pleaded guilty to harassment — communication repeatedly at extremely inconvenient hours.
•Samuel Lee Lowry III, 31, New Castle — Two-hundred-eighty-seven days to 23 1/2 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 287 days served, costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to criminal conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
