New Castle police charged the following:

•Lleveje A. Pinkston Jr., 18, of New Castle, receiving stolen property and firearms not to be carried without a license.

•Dondi D. Lawson, 21, of New Castle, receiving stolen property and firearms not to be carried without a license.

State police charged the following:

•Terry Byers, 53, of Wampum, harassment.

•Nicole A. Owens, 43, of Wampum, harassment.

The Lawrence County district attorney charged the following:

•Jessica M. Colarossi, 31, of Ellwood City, failure to apply for dog license and vaccination against rabies required violation.

•Carly Rae Statti, 41, of Ellwood City, failure to apply for dog license and vaccination against rabies required violation.

JENNIFER NICHOLSON

•Joanne Bucker, 48, of Edinburg, charged by dog law enforcement with two counts of vaccination against rabies required violation and one count each of failure to apply for dog license and pet confinement and control violation.

•Joseph Habib, 55, of New Castle, charged by Union Township police with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment.

•Devon A. Delucca, 22, of Slippery Rock, Pa., charged by Mahoning Township police with disorderly conduct.

•Rose Marie Wilson, 54, of New Castle, charged by dog law enforcement with two counts each of failure to apply for dog license and vaccination against rabies required violation.

Shenango Township police charged the following:

•Jay Wyatt Pearson, 46, of New Castle, rubbish on property.

•Melissa Lee Wimer, of New Castle, rubbish on property.

Pulaski Township police charged the following:

•Linda Rae Gibson, 66, of Pulaski, three counts of driving under the influence.

•Brad Alan Ruozzo, 30, of Campbell, Ohio, retail theft, receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking, driving while operating permit suspended or revoked and operating vehicle without required insurance.
