On the Record: A listing of today’s births, police items and district judge reports

•Burglary. A television was stolen from a house in the 700 block of Chestnut Street around 8 p.m. Thursday.

•Burglary. Someone broke into a vacant house in Crawford Avenue. The incident was reported Wednesday.

•Burglary. Copper pipe was stolen from a basement in the 200 block of Boyles Avenue between April 28 and May 3.

•Burglary. Someone broke into a house in the 900 block of West North Street between May 4 and Tuesday. Nothing was reported missing.

•Burglary. Miscellaneous clothing, silverware and coolers were taken from a house in the 1500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. The theft was reported around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

•Burglary. Someone entered a home in the 100 block of Edison Avenue and stole copper pipes. The incident was reported Wednesday.

•Burglary. A witness told police he saw his two dogs run out the rear dog door of his house into his backyard in the 700 block of Emerson Avenue around 11:50 p.m. Saturday. He said he went outside and saw two men exiting his fenced-in yard and his garage door had been popped open. He said the men jumped a fence and caused his neighbor’s security light to go on. Nothing was reported stolen.

New Castle police charged the following people:

•Eric William Moon, 29, of New Castle, terroristic threats and harassment.

•Marquis A. Holmes, 35, of New Castle, simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, intent to possess a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Michael W. Dison, 22, of New Wilmington, public drunkenness and similar misconduct

•Ashley Marie Juresic, 28, of New Castle, charged by New Wilmington police with firearm not to be carried without a license, following too closely, disregarding traffic lane, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating vehicle without a valid inspection and failure to comply with license restrictions.

•Jennifer Nicole Smiley, 33, of Pulaski, charged by dog law enforcement with failure to apply for dog license.
