District Judges: Listings for Oct. 24

NEW CASTLE — NEW CASTLE

•Criminal mischief. John Crawford, 18, of 323 E. Wallace Ave. is charged with defiant trespass, criminal mischief and harassment for allegedly breaking a laptop computer, pushing his mother and breaking a window around 11:45 p.m. Thursday during a domestic dispute. Police said he also was charged for breaking a Plexiglas window.

•DUI. Police have charged Shelby Nicole Annesi, 21, of Imperial, Pa., with driving under the influence of a controlled substance after they found her in a car in front of the Cathedral on Lincoln Avenue Oct. 1. They said she was parked in the road with her reverse lights on around 10:30 p.m. Police said Annesi was slumped over the console and the car was running and in gear. Officers said Annesi was unconscious and a capped syringe was inside the car. She told police later she had used heroin and submitted to a blood test, which showed morphine in her blood.

•Criminal mischief. Someone threw four rocks at a house in the 1000 block of Agnew Street between 7 p.m. Friday and 12:06 a.m. Saturday, breaking the front window.

•Accident. Police said Matthew James Brommer, 19, of Enon Valley was driving east on Route 108 approaching Montgomery Avenue around 6:15 a.m. Saturday and swerved to avoid a deer. His car hit a guard rail near the intersection and damaged the rail and his car. Brommer refused medical treatment.

•Theft. A cell phone was stolen from a car parked in the 400 block of East Lincoln Avenue around 10 p.m. Saturday.

•Criminal mischief. The passenger side window was broken and a dent put into the door a car parked in an alley behind the 500 block of West Madison Street between 2 and 4 p.m. Friday.

•Burglary. Someone broke into a house in the 500 block of Centennial Street between midnight Thursday and 10:30 p.m. Friday and stole a checkbook and $300.

•Criminal mischief. Glass block, a window and door were broken at Lutton Auto at 1119 Moravia St. between 6 p.m. Thursday and 12:50 p.m. Friday.

•Criminal mischief. Someone shot paintballs at a truck parked at a business on Route 18 at Route 208 in Wilmington Township between 5:30 and 8 a.m. Sunday.
