Police: Reports for Oct. 11


•Prowling. Police are investigating reports of a man seen near a home along Route 19 in Scott Township.

•Accident. A vehicle operated by Robert L. Smith, 35, of Butler was traveling east on Covert Road about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday when it ran off the right side of the road and rolled into its side. There were no injuries reported.

•Accident. Police said Kristin A. Rummel, 23, of Slippery Rock was stopped in the eastbound lane of Route 108 in Hickory Township, waiting for traffic ahead to turn, when her car was struck from behind by Nicole M. Barthel, 25, of New Castle. The accident occurred at 4:30 p.m. Monday at the entrance to Laurel High School. There were no injuries, but both vehicles were towed. Police said Barthel was cited for careless driving.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
