On the Record: Today’s police items and district judge reports

NEW CASTLE


•Burglary. Someone broke into a home in the 2200 block of Audley Avenue about 6:10 p.m. Tuesday. Nothing was reported missing.

•Burglary. Two pieces of jewelry and $400 were stolen from a home in the 500 block of Waldo Street between 3:30 and 5:20 p.m. Thursday.

District judges

New Castle police charged the following people:

•Brian Keith Misner, 23, of New Castle, robbery, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, firearms not to be carried without a license, possession of firearm prohibited, making repairs to or selling offensive weapons, possession of weapon and terroristic threats.

•Ladonte Sean Scott, 24, of Detroit, two counts each of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, intent to possess a controlled substance and one count of use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Tanya Lynn Stunkard, 33, of New Castle, use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Nanthanael R. Traylor, 23, of New Castle, accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property, reckless driving, failure to stop and give information or render aid, not wearing proper motorcycle headgear, no eye protection device, violation of period requiring lighted lamps, no headlights and operating vehicle without required insurance.

•Leon Platt, 26, of Rochester, Pa., charged by Ellwood City police with three counts of recklessly endangering another person and one count each of criminal homicide, murder in the first degree, possession of firearm prohibited, firearms not to be carried without a license and giving false identification to a law officer.

•Eric W. Gowie, 38, of Pittsburgh, charged by Union Township police with retail theft and defiant trespass.

•Matthew Dexter Wedgeworth, 27, of Lincoln Park, Mich., charged by New Castle police with simple assault and harassment.

State police charged the following people:

•Christopher Lee Donofrio, 36, of Bessemer, two counts each of burglary, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and six counts of conspiracy.

•Nicola Jean Miller, 26, of Bessemer, two counts each of burglary, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and six counts of conspiracy.

•Brian Keith Misner, 23, of New Castle, charged by Shenango Township police with criminal attempt-homicide, robbery, possession of firearm prohibited, firearms not to be carried without a license, aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person.

State police charged the following people:

•Wyatt Ryan Marks, 19, of New Castle, purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.

•Diana Jo Hannon, 20, of New Castle, purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.

•Olivia DeLane Ott, 20, of Ellwood City, purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.

•Jack Sensanbaugher, 20, of East Palestine, Ohio, purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.

•Cole Krut, 18, of Beaver Falls, purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.

•Evan Michael Richards, 20, of New Castle, purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.
