•Debra Jean Jenkins, 44, New Castle — Two years probation; costs of prosecution. She may petition to reduce petition after one year if court costs are fully paid. She pleaded guilty to simple assault.

•Abraham Izzo, 53. New Castle  — Five years probation; costs of prosecution; $24,960 restitution to the victim. He may petition for earlier termination of probation after fully paying restitution and court costs. He pleaded guilty to theft.

•Michael Anthony Griffin, 22, New Castle — Twelve to 24 months less two days to be served in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 198 days served; costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to aggravated assault

•Michael Anthony Griffin, 22, New Castle — One year probation; costs of prosecution; $164.88 restitution to Walmart. He pleaded guilty to retail theft.

•Jamie Lee Klinesmith, 28, New Castle — Six months probation; costs of prosecution. She pleaded guilty to retail theft.

•Shawn B. Cox Jr., 21, New Castle — Costs of prosecution; $100 fine.  He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.

•David Lee Bromley, 23, Edinburg — Six months probation and costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to simple assault.

•Nathan Perkins, 51, New Castle —Costs of prosecution and $25 fine. He pleaded guilty to defiant trespass.

•Daniel Joseph Blasco, 58, Warren, Ohio — One year probation; costs of prosecution; $42.36 restitution to Walmart. He pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property.

•Amy Elizabeth Hake, 29, New Castle — Costs of prosecution; $150 fine. She pleaded guilty to criminal trespass.

•Tyler Bryant Schlobohm, 18, Volant — 18 months probation; costs of prosecution; $50 restitution to the victim. He pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit theft from a motor vehicle.

•Samantha Stoner, 22, New Castle —One year probation; costs of prosecution; $315.20 restitution to Walmart and not to enter Walmart during her probation. She pleaded guilty to retail theft.

•Patricia Favorite, 65, New Castle — Two years intermediate punishment program with the first six months served on house arrest with electronic monitoring and credit for one day served; costs of prosecution. She pleaded guilty to retail theft.

•Russell Robert Barr, 26, Wampum — Nine to 18 months incarceration in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 162 days served to be served on a concurrent basis with any other sentence being served. He pleaded guilty to manufacture, delivery of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
