•Taylor Nicole Palombaro, 21, of New Castle, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and driving while operating privileges suspended or revoked.

•Jasper J. Williams, 48, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Jessie Lauderbaugh, 23, of New Castle, flight to avoid trial, apprehension or punishment, theft from a motor vehicle, disorderly conduct and loitering and prowling at night.

•James Hammonds, 47, of Pittsburgh, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

•Dennis James Altenburg Jr., 34, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Kenneth Lee Foster, 30, of New Castle, harassment.

•Aaron Parchman, 23, of New Castle, burglary, criminal trespass, simple assault, defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and harassment.

•Dolores Graham, 38, of New Castle, cruelty to animals.

•Melissa M. Lyles, 32, of New Castle, disorderly house.

•Erwin Andrew Tarasyuk, 55, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Deandrea Lynn Postway, 23, of New Castle, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•James E. Lytle, 43, of New Castle, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Alex John Benkosky, 21, of New Castle, receiving stolen property and three counts of conspiracy.

•Martel Lamar Webb, 18, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Joseph Robert Hernandez, 27, of New Castle, burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

New Castle’s code enforcement department charged the following people:

•Carrie Mellot of Edinburg, failure to cut weeds or grass.

•Holly Hampe of New Brighton, Pa., failure to cut weeds or grass.

•Jody Madison, 41, of New Castle, failure to cut weeds or grass.

•Khristina Foreshu of New Castle, exterior paint violation and failure to cut weeds or grass.

•Shawn Foreshu of New Castle, exterior paint violation and failure to cut weeds or grass.

•April Fisher of New Castle, accessory structures violation.

•Jesse C. Horton of New Castle, failure to obtain or renew residential rental property permit.

•Charles Farris Jr., 31, of New Castle, prohibited use violation and failure to display street numbers on dwelling.

•Wells Fargo of New Castle, failure to display street numbers on dwelling and vacant land and structure violation.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
