•Theft. About $42 was stolen from a vehicle parked off Cunningham Avenue around 11:15 p.m. Sunday. The passenger side window was smashed and blood was found inside the car, police said.
•Burglary. Someone broke into a home in the 300 block of Bell Avenue between 1 p.m. Saturday and 12:40 p.m. Sunday and stole numerous items.
•Theft. A computer tablet, a camera and a video camera were stolen from a house in the 400 block of East Lutton Street April 29 or 30. Charges of theft and receiving stolen property were filed Monday against James Hammonds, 47, of Pittsburgh.
•Burglary. Someone entered a home in the 800 block of Almira Avenue April 30, stole several items, including a .45-caliber handgun, and ransacked the house. The residents found a white sheet in the backyard with many of the items that had been taken. Police have charged Joseph Robert Hernandez, 27, of 818 McGrath Ave., with burglary, criminal trespass, theft and receiving stolen property.
•Theft. A purple Jeep Grand Cherokee was stolen from a home in the 400 block of Reynolds Street around 10:30 p.m. Friday. Police were called around 11 p.m. to Falls Street where the car was found with blown-out tires. Police said the car was involved in an accident in Harbor Heights and it allegedly struck a parked Jeep on Altman Road. Police arrested Taylor Nicole Palombaro, 21, of Apt. 3, 417 Bartram Ave., and charged her with theft, receiving stolen property and driving while her license is suspended.
•Burglary. An electronic game set, 40 DVDs, 15 games and an amplifier were stolen from a house in the 400 block of East Garfield Avenue between 5:30 p.m. Friday and 12:30 p.m. Saturday.
•Accident. A tractor-trailer going north on Jefferson Street around 1:10 p.m. Monday hit a light pole as it turned onto East Washington Street. The lamp was broken and the base of the pole shifted. The tractor-trailer then left the scene.
•Burglary. Someone broke into a home in the 100 block of East Sheridan Avenue last week and stole copper pipe from the basement.
•Theft. An iPod, a GPS unit and a set of golf clubs were removed from a vehicle parked in a lot in the 900 block of South Mill Street around 3 a.m. Sunday. The passenger side front window was smashed out.
