District Judges: Listings for Jan. 2

NEW CASTLE — Melissa A. Amodie

New Castle police charged the following people:

•Marissa Nicole Donahue, 20, of New Castle, possession of firearm prohibited, firearms not to be carried without a license, terroristic threats and harassment.

•Jesse Ross Samsa, 40, of Bessemer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Praythin Reed, 50, of New Castle, two counts each of driving under the influence and turning movements and required signals violation, and one count each of failure to stop at stop sign, driving with a suspended license and restrictions on alcoholic beverages violation.

•Gerald Lee Clark, 56, of New Castle, driving under the influence, turning movements and required signals violation and failure to stop at stop sign.

•Kevin E. Cross, 30, of New Castle, receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking.

•Nicole Marie Arnold, 26, of New Castle, receiving stolen property.

•Alyssa Marie Herman, 22, of Beaver Falls, use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Shawn Patrick McClintick, 41, of Enon Valley, charged by state police with selling or furnishing liquor to a minor.

•Carissa Ann Hohbach, 27, of Wampum, charged by Wampum police with access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

David B. Rishel

•Roger Weber, 68, of New Castle, charged by Shenango Township police with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment.

Scott A. McGrath

•Scott T. McGaffic, 51, of New Castle, charged by state police with two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of disregarding traffic lane and driving at safe speed.

Neshannock Township police charged the following people:

•Robert Matthew Vaughn, 21, of Grove City, two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with no rear lights.

•Nathanael L. White, 28, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of driving with no rear lights, disregarding traffic lane and exceeding the speed limit.
