District judges

•Richard Kohlmetz, 46, of New Castle, charged by the Lawrence County sheriff with public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Samantha Jean Wimer, 38, of New Castle, charged by the Pennsylvania Office of Inspector General with fraud in obtaining food stamps or assistance.

New Castle police charged the following people:

•Michael Liner, 55, of New Castle, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Richard S. Kitzko, 44, of New Castle, driving under the influence, careless driving and failure to stop at stop sign.

•Georganna L. Robbins, 41, of New Castle, identity theft and theft of services.

•Alexis Nicole Donnell, 19, of New Castle, defiant trespass and disorderly conduct.

New Castle’s code enforcement department charged the following people:

•Kurtis Helbling, 24, of New Castle, accumulation of rubbish or garbage.

•Sarah Marie Wrzesinski, 25, of New Castle, gutters and downspouts violation.

•Robert Craig, 19, of New Castle, charged by state police with two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of operating vehicle without required insurance, failure to stop at stop light, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving, minor prohibited operating with alcohol, reckless driving and operating vehicle without valid inspection.

The Ellwood City school district charged the following people:

•Brittani Buzzelli, 29, of Ellwood City, compulsory school attendance violation.

•Anthony J. Buzzelli Jr., 36, of Ellwood City, compulsory school attendance violation.

•Raymond Joseph Johngrass, 62, of Hillsville, charged by Mahoning Township police with five counts of simple assault and one count each of aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person.

•Jay Thomas Fulvi, 28, of New Castle, charged by state police with making a materially false written statement and statement under penalty.

Scott A. McGrath

•Fred J. Bartsch, 67, of New Castle, charged by New Wilmington police with disorderly house.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
