On the Record: A listing of today’s births, police items, and district judge reports

•Shots fired. Someone reported hearing gunshots around 10 p.m. Sunday in the area of Westview Terrace. No evidence was found.

•Burglary. Someone broke into a home in the 1030 block of Adams Street during the daytime April 16 and stole a laptop computer.


•Accident.  Police said James A. Flumara, 72, of Hermitage was exiting I-376 at 11:05 a.m. Saturday and failed to stop at the stop sign on the off-ramp at Pulaski Road. Justin M. Smith, 31, of Pulaski,  traveling east on Pulaski Road, struck Flumara’s car. Police said Flumara will be cited. Police said Smith was transported to Jameson Hospital. No further medical information was available.

•Criminal mischief. Numerous acts of criminal mischief have been reported in the rear of the 2400 block of Wilmington Road over the past several months. Anyone with information is asked to contact Neshannock police at (724) 656-9300.

•Burglary. Copper piping was reported stolen from a house in the 1000 block of West Maitland Lane on April 15.

District judges


New Castle police have charged the following:

•Tristan N. Morgan, 27, of Detroit, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Frank Delbert Kadunce, 45, of New Castle, theft.

•Eileen Denise Moore, 58, of New Castle, possession of   a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Jennifer Marie Alund, 36, of New Castle, access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property.

•Mark Lee Moore Jr., 24, of New Castle, two counts of defiant trespass.

•Kevin M. MacIntyre, 37, of New Castle, disorderly conduct.

•James Dean Stanley, 48, of New Castle, harassment.

•Jonnie M. Klingensmith, 39, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Vanessa Leigh Fulvi, 22, of New Castle, distributing a small amount of marijuana/not for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia.


•Samuel R. Jensen, 34, of Wampum, charged by state police with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

•Richard Wayne Yessens, 31, of Ellwood City, charged by Ellwood City police with harassment.


•Justin Travis Miller, 20, of New Castle, charged by New Castle police with two counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and one count each of propelling a missile into an occupied vehicle, distributing a small amount of marijuana/not for sale, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, recklessly endangering another person, propulsion of missiles onto roadway and firearms discharge prohibited.


•Angela Jane Groves, 18, of Wampum, charged by Shenango Township police with two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of minor prohibited/operating with alcohol, disregarding traffic lane and purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.

State police charged the following:

•Dalton Tyler Yaromey, 26, of Fombell, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

•Colby James Marshall, 21, of Ellwood City, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.


•Charles Irvin McIntire, 54, of Volant, charged by Neshannock Township police with two counts of driving under the influence and one count eachof restrictions on alcoholic beverages and careless driving.
