•Keon Demon Leverette, 36, New Castle — Twelve to 36 months in a state correctional institution with credit for 163 days served, costs of prosecution, $4,483 and any other personal property in possession of the commonwealth is forfeited. He pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver, heroin.
•Darcy C. Young, 34, New Castle — Four years probation, costs of prosecution, $600 restitution to the victim and $870 to Huntington Bank. She may petition the court for early termination of probation after serving at least two years if she has fully paid all court costs, restitution and other amounts to be paid by terms of sentence. She pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property.
•Raymond Jay Price, 44, New Castle — Six months in the intermediate punishment program, the first seven days on house arrest with electronic monitoring and credit for one day served, $1,000 fine, costs of prosecution, referral to Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol, license suspension for 12 months. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.
•Raymond Jay Price, 44, New Castle — A $200 fine. He pleaded guilty to reckless driving.
•Bridgette Michelle Pacoe, 38, Ellwood City — Six months in the intermediate punishment program, referral to Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol. She pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.
•Raymond H. Mallory III, 35, Pittsburgh — Ninety days in the intermediate punishment program on house arrest with electronic monitoring, $1,000 fine. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence while his license is suspended.
•Raymond H. Mallory III, 35, Pittsburgh — Two years in the intermediate punishment program with the first 90 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring, to be served consecutively with any other sentence being served, driver’s license suspension for 18 months. House arrest is transferred to Allegheny County. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.
•Edward Joseph Prestia Jr., 45, Koppel — One-hundred-twenty-five days to 12 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 125 days served, costs of prosecution, $100 restitution to Lawrence County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force. He pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance.
•Edward Joseph Prestia Jr., 45, Koppel — One-hundred-twenty-five days to 23 1/2 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 125 days served, costs of prosecution, $225 restitution to the Ellwood City police department. He pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance.
•Edward Joseph Prestia Jr., 45, Koppel — One-hundred-fifty-two days to 12 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 152 days served, costs of prosecution, $140 restitution to the victim. He pleaded guilty to recklessly endangering another.

Police: Man facing fourth DUI rams Shenango cruiser
Two weeks after a Shenango officer was killed during an attempted traffic stop, another fleeing driver rammed another township cruiser. A Scott Township man smashed into a cruiser early Friday while allegedly fleeing police.

Police: texting led to fatal accident
Police claim a woman’s texting on a cell phone contributed to a fatal accident earlier this month in Hickory Township. Laura E. Gargiulo, 42, of 2662 State Route 956, Volant, faces homicide by vehicle and other charges in connection with the May 7 death of Daniel E. Gallatin of Scott Township.

Hillsville man dead following shooting
A Mahoning Township man involved in a weekend shooting has died. Joseph Lupo, 50, of 4812 W. Main St. in Hillsville was pronounced dead Thursday by the Mahoning County, Ohio, coroner’s office.

A woman involved in a fatal accident in Hickory Township has been charged. Laura E. Gargiulo, 42, of 2662 State Route 956, Volant, faces charges of homicide by vehicle and others in the crash that led to the death of Daniel E. Gallatin of Scott Township.

Broken jaw leads to assault charge
A Pittsburgh man has been charged with aggravated assault for allegedly breaking another man’s jaw in New Wilmington. Matthew Vincent Wagner, 22, was charged by New Wilmington police as the result of an incident early May 5 at the Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity house on Waugh Avenue.

South Side robbery being probed
New Castle police are investigating a robbery on the South Side. A 22-year-old woman told police she had been walking in the alley between Hamilton Street and Pennsylvania Avenue around 3:30 a.m. May 8 when someone grabbed her from behind and punched her numerous times in the left side of her face.

Man reports being robbed on East Side
New Castle police are investigating a report of robbery on Arlington Avenue. A 24-year-old man told police he had been in the 800 block, walking to a friend’s house, around 12:50 a.m. Saturday, when he was jumped by a man who stole his wallet and cell phone.

Men riding four-wheelers help catch burglar suspects
Two men on four-wheelers helped New Castle police catch two Remacor burglary suspects. Brian John Scott, 26, and Charles John Mulroy II, 32, both of New Galilee, are accused of breaking in through a hole in Remacor’s fence to steal about 200 feet of wiring, phone line and pipe around 5:45 p.m. Sunday.

Ellwood City club receives citation
An Ellwood City club has been cited for gambling activities. The Pennsylvania Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement has cited the Ellwood City Saxon Club at 901 Millview St.
