New Castle police have charged the following:

•Matthew Devin Salamon, 26, of New Castle, receiving stolen property.

•Mark A. Cook, 29, of New Castle, defiant trespass.

•Imran Choudhary, 18, of New Castle, receiving stolen property.

•Carlos O. Trevino, 29, of Harrisville, harassment.

New Castle Code Enforcement has charged the following:

•Rebecca Ann Ruffley, of New Castle, exterior property areas violation.

•Diane Lee Penwell, of New Castle, exterior property areas violation.

•Gary Lee Joseph Jr., of New Castle, exterior property areas violation.

•Michelle Marie Zimmer, 35, of Ellwood City, charged by Ellwood City police with access device fraud and theft.

•William Scott Simmons, 34, of Ellwood City, charged by Wayne Township police with scattering rubbish.

•Kayla Lombaiso, 22, of New Castle, charged by state police with retail theft.

•Christopher A. Burr, of Portersville, charged by Moraine State Park with violation of rules on commonwealth property.

•Terry J. Mason, 29, of New Castle, charged by the Lawrence County district attorney with failure to apply for dog license, failure to have dog or cat vaccinated and failure to keep dog licensed.

Shenango Township police have charged the following:

•Pamela J. Smith, 50, of New Castle, address signs violation.

•Elaine Menning, 80, of New Castle, address signs violation.

•Jesse David Copeman, 20, of New Castle, disorderly conduct.

•Erika Lynn Rossi, 30, of New Castle, burglary, criminal trespass, theft and receiving stolen property.

SCOTT A. MCGRATH

•Nanette Nunez, 29, of New Castle, charged by Neshannock Township police with aggravated assault, harassment and defiant trespass.

State police have charged the following:

•Lauri Ann Hill, 49, of New Castle, possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, improper sunscreening, having an improper muffler, driving while operator privileges suspended or revoked, two counts of turning movements and required signals violation, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and failure to use seat belt.

•Jeremy L. Wayne Perine, 35, of New Castle, intent to possess a controlled substance by person not registered.
