STATE


•Indecent exposure. Police said an unknown man exposed himself at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Dollar General store, Edinburg Road, North Beaver Township.

SHENANGO TOWNSHIP

•Theft. A Swisher Mower from a garage in the 3200 block of Ellwood Road between Wednesday and Friday.

District  judges

MELISSA A. AMODIE


•Tammy Smith, 46, of New Castle, charged by the Lawrence County sheriff with intent to possess a controlled substance, deliver or intent to deliver drug paraphernalia and contraband/controlled substance violation.

JENNIFER NICHOLSON

•Melissa L. Lastoria, 43, of New Castle, charged by New Castle's code enforcement department with two counts of exterior rubbish violation and one count each of exterior property areas violation and doors violation.

Union Township police charged the following:

•Hannah Joy Patterson, 23, of New Castle, harassment.

•Amanda Marie Manning, 25, of New Castle, retail theft and receiving stolen property.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
