District Judges: Listings for Oct. 8

NEW CASTLE — Jerry G. Cartwright

•Michael McFarland, 46, of Ellwood City, charged by Ellwood City police with public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Edwin A. Koch, 49, of New Castle, charged by state police with two counts of driving under the influence, driving with blood alcohol level .02 or greater while license suspended, turning movements and required signals violation, careless driving and failure to use seat belt.

David B. Rishel

•Roy Lee Mills, 61, of New Castle, charged by state police with rape by threat of forcible compulsion, five counts of rape of a mentally disabled person, two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a person with mental disability, three counts of aggravated indecent assault, two counts of terroristic threats and four counts of indecent assault on a person with a mental disability.

•Kenneth Jordan, 37, of Warren, Mich., charged by New Castle police with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, criminal use of a communications facility, intent to possess a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Jonathan McClymonds, 12, of Ellwood City, charged by the Lawrence County Career and Technical Center with use of tobacco in schools.

Shenango Township police charged the following people:

•Daniel Gravatt, 16, of New Castle, disorderly conduct and purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.

•Morris Wayne Haas, 49, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Patricia Favorite, 64, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Harold N. Benedict, 58, of New Castle, charged by Neshannock Township police with driving under the influence, firearms not to be carried without a license, careless driving and disregarding traffic lane.

•Robert Gene Brown, 50, of Campbell, Ohio, charged by Union Township police with retail theft.
