•Michelle Delposen, 39, of Ellwood City, fraud in obtaining food stamps or assistance.

•Maureen Troutman, 50, of New Castle, fraud in obtaining food stamps or assistance.

The Lawrence County district attorney charged the following people:

•Kendall H. Coppess, 41, of Ellwood City, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy.

•Carissa Ann Hohbach, 28, of Ellwood City, use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

New Castle police charged the following people:

•Jason J. Disalvatore, 37, of New Castle, two counts of harassment and one count of terroristic threats.

•Marva Rose, 20, of New Castle, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

•Amy Jean Tillia, 32, of Grove City, disorderly conduct.

•Richard Kohlmetz, 46, of New Castle, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Erica Lindgren, 41, of Natrona Heights, Pa., defiant trespass.

•Latima Daniels, 33, of New Castle, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

New Castle’s code enforcement department charged the following:

•10 North Lee Avenue Realty Trust of New Castle, two counts of accumulation of rubbish or garbage.

•Coy Price, 57, of New Castle, four counts of vacant land and structure violation and one count of exterior paint violation.

•Alexander Douglas II, 40, of Youngstown, Ohio, failure to cut weeds or grass.

•Becky Sue Reed, 31, of Ellwood City, charged by Ellwood City police with making a false report and unsworn falsification to authorities.

The Lawrence County district attorney charged the following:

•Daniel Lewis Marich, 59, of Wampum, two counts of intent to possess a controlled substance and one count of adulterating or misbranding any controlled substance.

•Alexander Hohbach, 25, of Koppel, two counts each of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and intent to possess a controlled substance.

•Jason E. D’Augostine, 37, of New Castle, charged by Union Township police with retail theft and conspiracy.

•Daniel J. Mesko, 41, of Ellwood City, charged by the Lawrence County district attorney with two counts each of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, intent to possess a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of criminal use of a communications facility.

•New Castle police charged the following people:

•Kijhana Daniel Cummings, 38, of Sharon, two counts of intent to possess a controlled substance and one count each of endangering the welfare of children, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy.

•Michael Scott Cottrill, 25, of New Castle, three counts of intent to possess a controlled substance and one count each of endangering the welfare of children, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and conspiracy.

•Ashley Marie Ostrawski, 25, of Natrona Heights, Pa., manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, endangering the welfare of children, intent to possess a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy.

•Ronald E. Clark II, 41, of New Castle, three counts of intent to possess a controlled substance, two counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and one count each of possession of firearm prohibited, endangering the welfare of children, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy.
