•Wayne Albert Bean, 31, of Enon Valley, criminal mischief.

The Lawrence County district attorney charged the following people:

•Robert Douglas Doherty II, 35, of New Castle, failure to produce license, cruelty to animals and failure to vaccinate against rabies.

•Dennis J. Peterson, 60, of Cranberry Township, Pa., cruelty to animals.

•Adriana L. Pitzer, 20, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Catherine A. Petrovitch, 47, of New Castle, retail theft and receiving stolen property.

•Robert David Leasure, 55, of New Castle, three counts of disorderly conduct.

•Nikolas Rasey, 22, of Pulaski, driving under the influence, driving at an unsafe speed and disregarding traffic lane.

•Sergey Raev, 51, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of disregarding traffic lane, careless driving and restrictions of alcoholic beverages violation.

•Thomas Bernard Ronan III, 27, of New Castle, four counts each of access device fraud and theft by deception and one count of theft by unlawful taking.

•Rocko Pandice, 19, of New Castle, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor and using an improper muffler.
