•Marlin D. Scott, 19, of Buffalo, N.Y., charged by Union Township police with simple assault, terroristic threats, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and harassment.

•Roger Lee Struthers, 50, of Fredonia, Pa., charged by the Pennsylvania Game Commission with violation of commission regulations.

•Jacob Dively, 30, of Warren, Ohio, charged by Neshannock Township police with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, criminal trespass, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

•Brad A. Zaboroski, 21, of West Middlesex, charged by New Wilmington police with disorderly conduct.

•James Kenneth Miller, 38, New Castle — Six to 23 1/2 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 194 days served, to run concurrently with any other sentence being served, costs of prosecution, $16,149.26 restitution to Travelers Insurance Co. He pleaded guilty to theft.

•James Kenneth Miller, 38, New Castle — Three to 12 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 96 days served, to run concurrently with any other sentence being served, costs of prosecution, $930 restitution to the victims. He pleaded guilty to theft.

•Trevor Samuel Masterson, 22, New Castle — A $150 fine and costs of prosecution to be paid within six months. He pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Antonio Leon Harris, 30, New Castle — Six to 23 1/2 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 148 days served, costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to criminal use of a communication facility.

•Antonio Leon Harris, 30, New Castle — Three to 12 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 398 days served, to run concurrently with any other sentence being served, costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to simple assault.

•Antonio Leon Harris, 30, New Castle — Nine to 23 1/2 months incarceration in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 398 days served, followed by two years probation, to run concurrently with any other sentence being served, costs of prosecution, $912.89 restitution to the victim and any weapon confiscated is forfeited. He pleaded guilty to robbery.

•Antonio Leon Harris, 30, New Castle —Three to 12 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 397 days served, to run concurrently with any other sentence being served, costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to providing false identification to law enforcement.

•William Ankrom Frazier II, 35, New Castle — Five to 23 1/2 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 62 days served, costs of prosecution, $80 restitution to the victim. He pleaded guilty to terroristic threats.

•Craig Brophy, 36, Pittsburgh — Two years probation, to run concurrently with any other sentence being served, costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance.
