Ellwood City police charged the following people:

•Thomas James McManus, 45, of New Castle, driving under the influence and driving with license suspended.

•Frederic C. Vincik, 28, of Ellwood City, public drunkenness and similar misconduct and disorderly conduct.

State police charged the following people:

•John Thomas Lucchesi, 19, of Ellwood City, burglary and criminal trespass.

•Randall Joseph Stevens, 33, of Ellwood City, harassment.

•Harry William Engle, 47, of Ellwood City, harassment.

Jennifer L. Nicholson

•George Elmer Keller Jr., 35, of New Castle, charged by North Beaver Township police with receiving stolen property and two counts of conspiracy.

•Devonna Rebecca Snyder, 43, of Pulaski, charged by state police with driving under the influence, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, disregarding traffic lane, failure to stop at stop sign, careless driving and reckless driving.

•William C. Garner, 24, of New Castle, charged by Neshannock Township police with possession of marijuana and disregarding traffic lane.

•Jacob L. Raught, 18, of New Wilmington, charged by Pulaski Township police with possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
