NEW CASTLE —

•Matthew Robert Marsano, 30, Ellwood City — The court orders that all charges, which include conspiracy, forgery and receiving stolen property, are not to be prosecuted and costs will be borne by the commonwealth.

•Jennifer Ann Zang, 26, New Castle — Thirty days to 12 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 43 days served. She is paroled and ordered not to enter Kmart while on probation and pay costs of prosecution. She pleaded guilty to retail theft.

•Travis Morris, 29, New Castle — Nine months to two years in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 177 days served, costs of prosecution, $40 in the possession of the commonwealth and a 2006 Chevrolet Malibu are forfeited to the Lawrence County Drug Task Force. All personal items in the car are to be returned to the defendant. He pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance.

•Travis Morris, 29, New Castle — One year probation. He pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance.
