•Toni Ann Fortuna of New Castle, charged by the Pennsylvania attorney general with acquiring or obtaining possession of controlled substances by misrepresentation.

New Castle police charged the following people:

•Ian Daniel Greene, 37, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Devin Delan King, 33, of New Castle, fleeing or attempting to elude officer, flight to avoid apprehension, trial or punishment, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, defiant trespass, careless driving, reckless driving and driving while operating privileges suspended or revoked.

•Glenn Maurice Campbell, 41, of New Castle, defiant trespass.

•Ashley Dawn Boring, 25, of Darlington, defiant trespass.

•Michael P. Roberts, 33, of New Castle, three counts each of conspiracy-intent to possess a controlled substance and conspiracy-use/possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of conspiracy-manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver.

•Michael Anthony Liner, 55, of Cranberry Township, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•David J. Carter, 34, of Ellwood City, public drunkenness and similar misconduct, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

•Michael Paul Henry, 32, Ellwood City — Eighteen to 36 months in a state correctional facility. He pleaded guilty to robbery of a motor vehicle.

•Michael Paul Henry, 32, Ellwood City — Twelve to 24 months in a state correctional facility, to run concurrently with the robbery of a motor vehicle charge. He pleaded guilty to failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders requirements.

•Michael Paul Henry, 32, Ellwood City — Three days to six months in a state correctional facility with credit for 168 days served, cost of prosecution, $560 restitution to the victim and $44.62 restitution to Lawrence County, to run concurrently with any other sentence being served. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.

•Missy Marie Emerick, 25, Butler —Two years in the intermediate punishment program with the first 90 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring. Supervision may be transferred to the appropriate adult probation office of Butler County, $1,500 fine, cost of prosecution, $8 restitution to the Lawrence County district attorney’s office, community service, Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol referral, 18-month license suspension. She pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.

•Andre L. Jackson, 31, New Castle — Three to 11 months in the Lawrence County jail, cost of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to fleeing or attempting to elude police.

•Andre L. Jackson, 31, New Castle — A $200 fine, provide DNA sample, community service, Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol referral. He pleaded guilty to driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked.

•Andre L. Jackson, 31, New Castle — Twelve to 48 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 143 days served, cost of prosecution, forfeit $557.60 to Lawrence County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force, community service. He pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

•Alex John Benkosky, 22, New Castle — One to two years in a state correctional facility with credit for 113 days served to be followed by five years probation, cost of prosecution, $1 restitution to Castle Realty. He pleaded guilty to burglary.

•Alex John Benkosky, 22, New Castle — Six to 12 months in a state correctional facility with credit for 112 days served followed by five years probation, cost of prosecution, $1,290.65 restitution to Country Fair. He pleaded guilty to criminal conspiracy.

•Alex John Benkosky, 22, New Castle — Six to 12 months in a state correctional facility with credit for 78 days served followed by five years probation, cost of prosecution, $1,152.08 restitution to BP Oil Co. He pleaded guilty to burglary.
