District Judges: Listings for Dec. 20

NEW CASTLE — MELISSA A. AMODIE

•Mesha Yvette Scott, 28, of New Castle, charged by the Lawrence County district attorney with harassment.

•Hope Annarumo, 31, of Volant, charged by New Castle's code enforcement department with sanitation of exterior properties violation, failure to cut weeds or grass and prohibited use.

JERRY G. CARTWRIGHT

•Karl Otto Fenske, 63, of Ellwood City, charged by Ellwood City police with disorderly conduct.

JENNIFER NICHOLSON

•Kelly Marsh, of Hillsville, charged by the Mohawk Area School District with four counts of compulsory school attendance violation.

•Theora G. Scott, 46, of New Castle, charged by the Lawrence County district attorney with cruelty to animals, failure to keep dog licensed, failure to apply for dog license, and failure to have dog or cat vaccinated.

Union Township police charged the following:  

•Branding Iron/Fat-N-Skinny's of New Castle, charged by Union Township police with control of alarm devices violation.

•Leslie Ann Bauder, 54, of Ellwood City, retail theft.

•Anthony S. Micco, 23, of New Castle, disorderly conduct.

•Robert M. Sharek, 50, of New Castle, charged by the Pennsylvania Game Commission with violation of regulations.
