NEW CASTLE — District judges

Melissa A. Amodie


•Corbin Blake Partin, 25, of New Castle, charged by New Castle police with criminal mischief, damage to real property by operation of motor vehicle and reckless driving.

New Castle’s code enforcement department charged the following people:

•Robert H. Beck, of New Castle, handrails and guards violation and doors violation.

•Anthony Bailey, 26, of New Castle, exterior paint violation.

Jerry G. Cartwright

•Burlkie Richard Gibson, 34, of Dearborn, Mich., charged by state police with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, disorderly conduct, intent to possess a controlled substance and resisting arrest.

•Haley Marie Slotts, 18, of Ellwood City, charged by the Ellwood City school district with use of tobacco in school

Jennifer L. Nicholson

•Richard Lee Smith, 42, of Edinburg, charged by the Pennsylvania Game Commission with eligibility for license/education violation.

•Ryan Thomas Stafford, 29, of New Castle, charged by Union Township police with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

David B. Rishel

•Lance D. Hill, 42, of New Castle, charged by the Pennsylvania Game Commission with two counts of violation of commission rules and regulations and one count each of stake out or traps without a permit, traps-failure to remove or release every 36 hours and unlawful traps-no identification tags.

The Lawrence County district attorney charged the following people:

•James R. Trott, 25, of New Castle, vaccination against rabies required violation and failure to apply for dog license.

•Victoria L. Trott, 54, of New Castle, cruelty to animals and vaccination against rabies required violation.

Scott A. McGrath

•Michael David Boros, 26, of New Castle, charged by Pulaski Township police with two counts of disorderly conduct and one count each of simple assault, harassment and flight to avoid apprehension, trial or punishment.
