On The Record: Today's births, police items, and district judge reports

•Drugs. Samantha Marie Fye, 33, homeless, who has an address at 22 Cliff St., was pulled over while driving a red Mustang with stickers in her windows. Police said 21 capped syringes were found in her purse and a pill bottle with 13 narcotic pills prescribed to someone else was found in the console. She is facing charges.

•Criminal mischief. Someone broke an outside lamp globe  on a property in the 700 block of East Lutton Street around 9:30 p.m. Monday. A resident told police she heard glass shattering in her front patio and saw several youths running away. She said a window also was broken at her house within the past week.

•Criminal mischief. Police said a vehicle hit and broke two handrails   in the 1000 block of Beech Street at Westview Terrace around 11 a.m. Tuesday.

•Criminal mischief. A double-pane window was broken on the front porch of a house in the 700 block of Young Street between 9 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday. Police found a beer bottle on the porch near the window.

•Criminal mischief. Police said someone broke the rear window of a car parked in the 400 block of Epworth Street between 7:30 and 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.

•Theft. Someone stole various cards and a jail badge from a vehicle parked in the 1200 block of Albert Street between 5 a.m. and 2:50 p.m. Monday.

•Theft. A purple five-speed mountain bike was reported stolen from an alley in the 1600 block of East Washington Street around 2:15 p.m. Saturday. A different bicycle was left in its place, police said.

•Criminal mischief. The back driver’s side door of a car was damaged by a rock overnight Sunday to Monday in the 100 block of Smithfield Street.

•Found. Police said a man found a brown and orange Mongoose stunt bike in the road 200 block of Taylor Street around 5 p.m. Tuesday. Police have custody of the bicycle.

•Theft. A wallet and identification were reported stolen from a vehicle parked in the 500 block of Friendship Street between 2:30 and 10:30 p.m. Monday.
