New Castle police charged the following people:
•Sean Edward Minteer, 22, of New Castle, two counts of endangering the welfare of children.
•Kameron Lee Debardelaben, 18, of New Castle, criminal trespass.
•Troy Lyon, 19, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.
•Rashund Smith, 33, of New Castle, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.

The Lawrence County district attorney charged the following people:
•Benjamin John Dicola, 35, of New Castle, failure to keep dog licensed, pet confinement and control violation, failure to have dog or cat vaccinated and failure to apply for dog license.
•Holly Umbs, 54, of New Castle, two counts each of failure to have dog or cat vaccinated, failure to apply for dog license and failure to keep dog licensed.
