STATE
•DUI. In a report released yesterday, police said Richard Lee Ochsenhirt, 41, of 1056 Aetna Drive, Ellwood City, was arrested on a DUI charge at 9:09 p.m. Jan. 28 at a Wayne Township business.
•Burglary. Someone entered the home of a Shingle Hollow Road, Perry Township, resident between noon and 10 p.m. Thursday and removed $800 in change.
•Accident. Police said William J. Fallecker, 60, of Franklin, Pa., was westbound on Interstate 376, Union Township, at 8:55 p.m. Friday when his 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue collided with a 1996 Chevrolet Corsica operated by Debra L. Joki, 52, of New Wilmington, who was attempting to merge onto the interstate. Neither driver was injured nor was a passenger in Fallecker’s vehicle, 61-year-old Jill R. Fallecker of Franklin.
•Harassment. Police said a 30-year-old New Castle woman accused Brett Andrew Pagley, 30, of Edinburg of pushing her down at 12:30 a.m. Monday in Bessemer.
•Public drunkenness. Police said Richard W. Kohlmetz, 42, of 814 W. Washington St. was cited for public drunkenness after he was observed staggering on Wilmington Road at 1:20 p.m. Monday.
