District judges: Listings for Feb. 14

NEW CASTLE — Melissa A. Amodie

•Kristin N. Scully, 40, of New Castle, charged by New Castle police with intent to possess a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•David W. Nye, 45, of New Galilee, charged by New Castle police with harassment.

•Rachael Beachem, 51, of Ellwood City, charged by Ellwood City police with failure to have dog or cat vaccinated, failure to keep dog licensed and failure to apply for a dog license.

•Paul William Moyer, 45, of New Castle, charged by Butler County Community College police with public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

State police charged the following people:

•Anthony Charles Tatsch, 25, of Monaca, retail theft.

•Rhonda Lee Brunswick. 38, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Cory Edward McMillen, 17, of New Castle, purchase of alcoholic beverage by a minor.

•Suzanne L. Jackson, 33, of New Castle, charged by New Castle police with failure to have dog or cat vaccinated, failure to apply for a dog license and dogs at large.

•Robin S. Swagger, 44, of New Castle, was charged by the district attorney with dogs at large, failure to have dog or cat vaccinated, failure to apply for dog license and failure to keep dog licensed.

•Stanley Grzybowski, 82, of New Castle, charged by South New Castle police with refuse collection.

•Erick Robert Lee, 17, of New Castle, charged by state police with two counts of robbery, aggravated assault, robbery of a motor vehicle, theft by unlawful taking, and criminal mischief.
