On the Record: Today's police items and district judge reports

NEW CASTLE — Police

NEW CASTLE


•Criminal mischief. The window of a garage door was broken in the 100 block of East Moody Avenue between June 5 and 11.

•Criminal mischief. Someone threw rocks at two cars parked on North Ashland Avenue around 1:50 p.m. Wednesday. The hood of one car was dented and a roof on another car was damaged.

•Criminal mischief. The hitch on a trailer parked in the 400 block of Sixth Street in Mahoningtown was damaged between Sunday and Monday.

•Criminal mischief. Someone scratched a car parked in the lot of McGrath Manor at 814 W. Washington Street. The incident was reported June 3.

STATE

•Criminal mischief. Two windows were broken on a house in the 1800 block of Hillside Avenue in Wayne Township around 11 p.m. June 1. Police said someone threw softball-size rocks through them.

District judges

Melissa A. Amodie


•Thomas W. Beaumont, of Darlington, charged by New Castle’s code enforcement department with two counts each of window, skylight and door frames violation and exterior paint violation and one count each of gutters and downspouts violation, doors violation and occupancy of residential rental property without a permit.

•Trivaris Kemonta Dorsey, 28, of Clarksdale, Miss., charged by state police with arrest prior to requisition.

New Castle police charged the following:

•Mark Quear, 25, of New Castle, disorderly conduct.

•Alexander Joseph Campbell, 19, of New Castle, disorderly conduct.

•Octavius Clark, 25, of New Castle, criminal mischief.

•George Maynard Stevenish, 24, of New Castle, flight to avoid apprehension, trial or punishment.

•Steven Michael Steffler, 22, of New Castle, charged by state police with harassment.

Jennifer L. Nicholson

•James W. Bredl of Enon Valley, charged by dog law enforcement with pet confined within the premises of the owner violation.

•Sarah Jane Nelson, 40, of Bessemer, charged by state police with two counts of disorderly conduct.

•Stephanie M. Minamyer, 35, of Beaver Falls, charged by North Beaver Township police with harassment and disorderly conduct.

•Louise Ann Langwasser, 57, of New Castle, charged by New Castle police with criminal mischief.
