Police

STATE

•Charged. Donna Suzanne Thornburg, 53, of Clarion, was charged with driving under the influence. Police said she had lost control of her vehicle and struck a guide rail while on Interstate 376 in Pulaski Township about 7 p.m. Sunday.

•Charged. Devonna Rebecca Snyder, 42, of Pulaski was charged with driving under the influence. Police said she had been involved in a minor motor vehicle crash on Hillsville Road at Beechwood Road, Pulaski Township, about 6:45 a.m. Nov. 4. Police Snyder showed numerous signs of drug-related impairment and was taken to Jameson Hospital for chemical testing. Police said drug paraphernalia was found in her possession.

•Esther R. Wilson, 26, of New Castle, aggravated assault, simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Diane Marie Arnold, 33, of New Castle, disorderly conduct and disorderly house.

•Joseph M. Brown, 56, of New Castle, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Jason Jenista, 31, of New Castle, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Bronzell Sanders of New Castle, retail theft.

•Isaac Anderson, 26, of New Castle, intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, violation of period requiring lighted lamps and driving without a license.

•Antonio Deshawn Gardner, 29, of New Castle, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

•Matthew David Dipner, 29, of New Castle, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

•Joshua Perrine, 28, of New Castle, flight to avoid apprehension, trial or punishment, disorderly conduct, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and driving while operating privileges suspended or revoked.

•Richard D. Sallmen, 47, of Enon Valley, charged by Enon Valley police with harassment.

•Jamison Arnold Stewart, 18, of Ellwood City, charged by state police with burglary and criminal trespass.

•Brian E. Tritt, 67, of Sewickley, charged by municipal code enforcement with violation of borough ordinance.

•Catherine Pierce, 41, of Ellwood City, charged by municipal code enforcement with two counts of violation of borough ordinance.

Ellwood City police charged the following people:

•Michael A. Frisk, 23, of Ellwood City, simple assault and harassment.

•Collin Fatula of Ellwood City, disorderly conduct.

•Brandon William Durbin, 36, of Ellwood City, simple assault and harassment.

•David Strickland Jr., 30, of Aliquippa, simple assault and harassment.

Union Township police charged the following people:

•Albert L. Rayner III, 47, of Edinburg, two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of fleeing or attempting to elude officer, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, failure to keep right and disregarding traffic lane.

•Marissa N. Donohue, 21, of New Castle, retail theft.

•William R. Holmes, 48, of New Castle, charged by Hickory Township police with simple assault and harassment.

Shenango Township police charged the following people:

•Michael Kendall, 31, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Carol Ann Bezak, 51, of New Castle, harassment.

•David M. McNicholas, 50, of New Castle, harassment.

The Pennsylvania Game Commission charged the following people:

•Kenneth R. Penwell Jr., 56, of Pulaski, lending license or kill tag.

•Joshua Lee Dunn, 28, of Pulaski, possession of report card license tag of another and taking or possession of game or wildlife violation.
