New Castle police charged the following people:

•James Landovis Jones, 25, of New Castle, fleeing or attempting to elude officer, flight to avoid apprehension, trial or punishment, resisting arrest and reckless driving.

•Tara M. Voto, 35, of New Castle, manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, intent to possess a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of conspiracy.

•Tarray Sims, 36, of New Castle, five counts of intent to possess a controlled substance, four counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and one count each of endangering the welfare of children and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Steven Michael Kent Jr., 23, of Volant, receiving stolen property.

•Steven K. Houston, 31, of Edinburg, manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, intent to possess a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of conspiracy.

•Brian Kent, 22, of New Galilee, receiving stolen property.

•Daniel Paul Hogue, 52, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of intent to possess a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

New Castle’s code enforcement department charged the following:

•Mims Realty/Porter Realty of New Castle, right of entry violation.

•James Edward Doherty, 31, of New Castle, placard removal.

•Nicole Doherty, 32, of New Castle, placard removal.

•Robert Douglas Doherty II, 35, of New Castle, placard removal.

•Andrianne Marie Lombardo, 31, of New Castle, exceeding time limits.

•Randall K. Shaffer, of New Castle, accessory structures violation and exterior paint violation.

•Kimberly A. Pagley, 54, of New Castle, two counts of exterior paint violation.

•Andrew J. Stoner, 34, of Hubbard, Ohio, exceeding time limits.

•Jesse C. Horton of New Castle, sidewalks and driveways violation.

•Ryan Anthony Bonace, 28, of New Castle, charged by Union Township police with rape of a substantially impaired person, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a substantially impaired person, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, unauthorized administering of an intoxicant, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct and harassment.

•Jeremy Jerome Edwards, 26, of New Castle, charged by New Castle police with arrest prior to requisition.
