•Ryan McDeavitt, 29, of New Castle, unlawful restraint involving serious bodily injury, simple assault, false imprisonment, harassment and disorderly conduct.
•Andrew Matta of New Castle, control of alarm devices violation.
•Ron Good, 42, of New Castle, theft by unlawful taking.

State police charged the following people:
•Leigha Ann Carr, 25, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of failure to keep right, failure to stop at stop sign, turning movements and required signals violation, careless driving and reckless driving.
•Eric Alan Sulkowski, 22, of Portersville, driving under the influence.

The Pennsylvania Game Commission charged the following people:
•Richard Allen Arnold, 50, of Bessemer, causing damage to trees.
•Aaron C. Sankey, 17, of New Wilmington, causing damage to trees.
State police charged the following people:
•Gary Robert Barnes, 67, of Linesville, Pa., two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of disregarding traffic lane and careless driving.
•Kyle Ryan Wright, 27, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving and reckless driving.

Neshannock Township police charged the following people:
•Brandon Leroy McConnell, 24, terroristic threats.
•Benjamin Ross Lubinski, 23, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of restrictions on alcoholic beverages, careless driving, disregarding traffic lane and violating hazard regulation.
•David Scott Ingram, 41, of New Castle, four counts each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
