•David Paul Haniwalt, 52, of New Castle, harassment.
•Kimberly R. Jackson, 25, of New Castle, receiving stolen property.
The New Castle school district charged the following people:
•Imran Chaudhary, 42, of New Castle, compulsory school attendance violation.
•Nikki Falba of New Castle, compulsory school attendance violation.
