•Accident. Police said Jonathan W. McQuiston, 23, of Enon Valley, northbound on Mount Air Road, North Beaver Township at 9:45 a.m. Friday, lost control of his car on the snow-covered road, crossed the center line and struck the southbound vehicle of Melvin D. Myers, 60, of New Castle, causing it to spin. Police said the vehicles collided a second time before coming to rest. Officers, who were assisted by the North Beaver Fire Department and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, said McQuiston reported minor injury but Myers was not injured. McQuiston was cited for driving as a speed greater than reasonable for existing conditions.
•Accident. Police said Robert G. Birtalan, 58, of Wampum, lost control of his car, struck an embankment and rolled over at 1:15 p.m. Thursday on Wampum Road in Wayne Township. Police said Birtalan, who was cited for driving at an unsafe speed, was not injured.
•Accident. Police said Danielle K. Muir, 20, of Beaver Falls, westbound on Route 488 in Perry Township at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, lost control of her car, striking a fence post, traveling through a field and coming to rest in a ditch. No injuries were reported.
•Burglary. Copper pipes were removed from a Kenneth Avenue house between Friday and Saturday. Police said someone had purchased the formerly vacant house and used water there Friday. The following day the new owner returned and learned the water had been shut off at the meter and the pipes were taken. Police said footprints were followed to Worthington Avenue where they disappeared.
•Criminal mischief. Police said several storage totes were removed from the porch of a Clover Lane house on or before Jan. 4 and their contents were scattered in a nearby wooded area. Anyone with information on this is asked to contact Neshannock Township police at (724) 656-9300.

•Katie Ann Petronchak, 22, of Aliquippa, disorderly conduct.
•Lisa Yerage, 51, of New Castle, disorderly conduct.
•Donald A. Miller, 42, of New Castle, seven counts each of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, indecent assault on a person less than 13, photograph or film depicting on computer sex act with a child, six counts of aggravated indecent assault of a child and two counts of rape of a child.
•Sean Nixon, 21, of New Castle, two counts of harassment and one count each of robbery, simple assault, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief.
•Dewon R. Harper, 24, of New Castle, two counts of intent to possess a controlled substance and one count each of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Karin Sims, 23, of New Castle, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
•Eric John Whisel, 19, of New Castle, disorderly conduct.

•Michelle Lynn Ernhardt, 24, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of driving while blood alcohol content is 0.02 or greater with license suspended and disregarding traffic lane.
