On the Record: Today’s district judge reports

NEW CASTLE — District judges

Ellwood City police charged the following people:

•Nigel McClain, 18, of Ellwood City, criminal trespass.

•John Andrew Mesko, 42, of Ellwood City, retail theft.

•David Joseph Carter, 34, of Ellwood City, public drunkenness and similar misconduct, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

Jennifer L. Nicholson

•Ken Barton Burrows, 53, of Orem, Utah, charged by state police with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and intent to possess a controlled substance.

•Myria J. Callen, 20, of New Castle, charged by Union Township police with intent to possess a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, public drunkenness and similar misconduct and purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.

Neshannock Township police charged the following:

•Lisa C. Ash, 44, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence and one count of careless driving.

•Jodi Linn Estock, 53, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence and one count of not using low beams.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
