•Driving under the influence. Police arrested Samuel Lee Odem, 58, of Sharon for driving under the influence after he was stopped at the intersection of East Washington Street and Frank Avenue about 10:40 p.m. Sept. 1.
•Criminal mischief. Someone smashed two mailboxes along Potter Run Road in Volant about 10:20 p.m. Sunday.
