Grim III, 25, Ellwood City — Three to 11 1/2 months in the Lawrence County jail followed by one year probation, costs of prosecution, $33 seized by commonwealth is forfeited to the Lawrence County Drug Task Force and any contraband is forfeited and shall be destroyed. He pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance.
•Craig Smith, 23, New Castle — Three years probation, costs of prosecution, $895 restitution to the victim. He pleaded guilty to criminal conspiracy.
