NEW CASTLE —
•Criminal mischief. Someone broke a wooden garage door and a glass window on a trailer around 4:45 p.m. Thursday in the 1400 block of Gibson Avenue.
•Theft. About 60 rims and tires were stolen from 17 vehicles parked at Car Solutions, 702 Croton Ave., between 6 a.m. Wednesday and 4 p.m. Thursday.
•Theft. About $113 was stolen from a purse in an employee locker room at Edison Manor, 222 W. Edison Ave., between 2 and 5:30 p.m. Thursday.
•Burglary. Someone tried to break into a home in the 100 block of Richelieu Avenue around 11 p.m. Thursday. The resident saw two men standing at the side door trying to break into the house and they ran when they saw the resident.
•Burglary. Someone broke into a house in the 1800 block of East Washington Street between Oct. 20 and Wednesday and stole medications.
•Theft. Donald Ray D’Ambrosia, 51, of 719 Cleveland Ave., was charged with theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing a truck cap from a house in the 100 block of Mulberry Street.
•Theft. A PS3 game console was stolen from a house in the 1500 block of Hamilton Street between midnight Wednesday and midnight Thursday.
•Theft. Someone broke into a car in the 100 block of East Walnut Street shortly after 7 p.m. Friday and stole a purse, a clutch bag, numerous bank and credit cards, a driver’s license and about $300.
•Theft. About 10 different types of medication were stolen from a car parked in the 200 block of North Liberty Street around noon Friday.
•Theft. An aluminum extension ladder and step ladder were stolen from the side of a house in the 900 block of Vogan Street around 10 p.m. Oct. 29.
