•Robin Lynn Haas, 57, of New Castle, driving under the influence, driving while blood alcohol content is 0.02 or greater with license suspended, operating vehicle without required insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle.

•Beverly Jones, 45, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Shanekequa L. McKnight, 21, of New Castle, two counts of defiant trespass.

•Vashawn Wittby, 18, of New Castle, defiant trespass.

•Stephen D. Threats, 23, of New Castle, disorderly conduct.
