Police

STATE

•Theft. Cash and an iPad 2 were reported taken from a vehicle parked on 15th Street in Ellwood City between Sunday and Tuesday.

•Theft. Batteries were reported missing from equipment owned by J&T Paving of Greenville between Oct. 14 and 22 while the vehicle was parked along Route 19 in Washington Township.

•Accident. Police said a Dodge Grand Caravan driven by Joann F. Clarke, 36, of Beaver Falls, hit a deer on Route 18 in New Beaver Borough about 9 a.m. Monday. No injuries were reported. The vehicle was towed.

•Criminal mischief. Police said someone drove through a farmer’s field along Route 551 in Little Beaver Township between Nov. 2 and 4, deliberately causing ruts.

•Criminal mischief. Police said someone drove through a lawn in the 200 block of Eliza Street in Wayne Township between Nov. 9 and 10, causing ruts.

•Bradley Neil Beachem, 43, of New Castle, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Bryant R. Binns, 21, of New Castle, defiant trespass.

•Lori Elizabeth Schoettker, 50, of New Castle, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•George Maynard Stevenish, 23, of New Castle, flight to avoid apprehension, trial or punishment.

•Ronald H. Crawford, 66, of New Castle, possession with intent to deliver,possession of  a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Leon Platt, 26, of Rochester, Beaver County, charged by state police with aggravated assault, discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure, recklessly endangering another person and criminal mischief.

•Jacob Daniel Zorens, 25, of New Castle, harassment and disorderly conduct.

•Duane Edward Holloway, 52, of Ellwood City, conspiracy to commit retail theft.

•Brandy L. Robertson, 29, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Nicole Marie Robertson, 28, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Michelle M. Lewis, 25, of New Castle, defiant trespass.

•Michelle Lynn Rakoci, 27, of New Castle, theft, receiving stolen property and retail theft.

•Matthew David Bucceri, 29, of West Pittsburg, charged by Moraine State Park officers with fleeing or attempting to elude officer, driving at an unsafe speed, recklessly endangering another person and reckless driving.

•Martia Shah, 62, of New Castle, charged by Shenango Township police with dogs at large.

•Lindsay Brooke Gagliordi, 34, of New Castle, charged by state police with forgery, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

•James Joseph Urka, 50, of Ludington, Mich., charged by state police with three counts of driving under the influence and one count each of disregarding traffic lane and careless driving.
