District Judges: Listings for April 18

NEW CASTLE — Melissa A. Amodie

•316 W. Madison Realty Trust of New Castle, charged by New Castle Code Enforcement with sanitation violation, extermination violation, windows and door frames violation, grass and weeds violation, and rubbish and garbage violation.

New Castle police charged the following people:

•Gary Dewayne Milton, 29, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•Scott Haley, 30, of New Castle, seven counts of forgery, two counts of receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking, seven counts of theft by deception and seven counts of illegal use of access device.

•Allison Marie McMullen, 31, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Jessica Myers, 30, of New Castle, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

•David R. McLaren Jr., 33, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Megan Pietrina Snow, 20, of Ellwood City, charged by state police with two counts of driving under the influence, purchase of alcoholic beverage by a minor, disregarding traffic lane, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving.

Ellwood City police charged the following people:

•John Edward Trputec, 39, of Ellwood City, simple assault and harassment.

•Raphael Antonio Nunez, 28, of Ellwood City, simple assault and harassment.

•Michael Allen Frisk Jr., 34, of Ellwood City, theft by failure to make required disposition of funds and receiving stolen property.

•Matthew James Lynch, 28, of New Castle, charged by state police with burglary, conspiracy, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief.

David B. Rishel

•Melissa M. Lobaugh, 51, of New Castle, charged by the district attorney with failure to keep dog licensed, failure to have dog or cat vaccinated and failure to apply for dog license.

•Christopher James Garrett, 24, of Pittsburgh, charged by the Pennsylvania Game Commission violating property regulations.

State police charged the following people:

•Kelly Zarilla, 25, of New Castle, harassment.

•Jolene Alberico, 33, of New Castle, harassment.

•James Irwin Steding, 47, of Cranberry Township, charged by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission with rules and regulations violation.

•James Emery Bauer, 15, of West Middlesex, charged by state police with criminal mischief.
