Police

NEW CASTLE

•Harassment. A Mills Way resident reported to police that Quinnkishea McHenry, 23, of 221 Park Ave. reportedly yelled obscenities and made threats toward her at 7:10 p.m. Oct. 26. The victim said she returned to her home when McHenry reportedly threw a rock through the woman’s living room window and almost struck her 5-year-old son. Damage to the window was estimated at $400. Police issued McHenry a summons Nov. 5 on charges of harassment and criminal mischief.

STATE

•Police said Nicholas S. Pisor, 21, of New Castle was southbound on Route 18 in Wampum at 6:20 a.m. Monday when he pulled his 1999 Dodge Ram 3400 into the northbound lane to pass a vehicle and collided with a southbound 2007 Chevrolet 1500 operated by Charles E. Eisenbraun, 55, of North Lima, Ohio. Eisenbraun was making a left turn onto Darlington Road ahead of the vehicle Pisor was attempting to pass. Police said both drivers sustained minor injuries.

•Theft. Brass fitting safety caps and bodies with the engraved letters “WV” were stolen from a Portersville business between noon and 1 p.m. Thursday.

•Liquor law violations. The state Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited the Twenty-Six Bar and Grill, 1223 E. Washington St., for violations that reportedly took place July 3, July 4 and Oct. 14. The violations involved the discounted sale of liquor.

•Criminal mischief. Someone placed a burning bag on the concrete porch of an Arthur Lane, Plain Grove Township, resident at 2 a.m. Nov. 1

•Disorderly conduct. Police said charges were filed against Ronald Hartman, 20, of 142 Andrews Trace and Brandon Mackievich, 19, of 530 Patterson Road, New Galilee, in connection with a 10:25 p.m. incident Monday.
