NESHANNOCK TOWNSHIP
•Burglary. Copper pipe was reported taken from a vacant house on Katherine Street between 9 p.m. Sunday and 11:30 a.m. Monday.
•Accident. Police said Sandra Houlette of 123 Griffith Drive, northbound on Mercer Road at 11:35 a.m. Sunday, was unable to stop and hit the back of a vehicle driven by Donald F. Cwynar of Youngstown as he slowed to make a turn. No injuries were reported.
•Theft. Three aluminum awnings and steel pipe were reported taken from a Wilmington Road house between April 17 and Friday.
ELLWOOD CITY
•Theft. Police said about 100 feet of copper pipe, valued at $300, was reported taken between April 13 and 7 p.m. Saturday from a vacant house in the 700 block of Sixth Street.
•Counterfeit advisory. Police said Domino’s Pizza in Ellport, reported a driver had received four counterfeit $5 bills between 7 and 10:30 p.m. Monday.
NEW CASTLE
•Accident. Police said Donna Wolf, 76, of Hubbard, Ohio, pulled from Emery Street at 11 a.m. Tuesday, into the path of a van driven by Theodore Napier, 73, of Chiefland, Fla., who was southbound on Sampson Street. Wolf was treated at Jameson Hospital and released. She was cited for a stop sign violation.
•Burglary. Police said wolf collectibles, valued at $400, 10 solar panels, valued at $2,500 and a box of baby clothes and items, valued at $150, were reported taken from a house in the 700 block of Court Street between 5 p.m. Monday and 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.
