STATE
•Burglary. Police said power tools were taken from a utility trailer in the 1800 block of Eastbrook Road, Hickory Township, between April 12 and Monday.
•Theft. Police said unlocked cars were entered In the 3000 block of Frew Mill Road, Slippery Rock Township, between April 12 and Sunday. A doctor’s bag, stethoscope, an ipod charger and transmitter were stolen.
NEW CASTLE
•Burglary. Police said jewelry and copper pipe were taken from a house in the 1300 block of Hamilton Street before 8:15 p.m. Wednesday.
ELLWOOD CITY
•Theft. Police said a GPS unit was taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 900 block of Crescent Avenue April 12.
•Burglary. Nascar memorabilia, video games, two leather coats and two stamp books were taken from a house in the 300 block of Park Avenue on April 12, police said.
