Are you constantly searching for healthier snacks? I am always on the lookout for snacks that are both delicious and nutritious.
If you're like me, I think you'll enjoy this article from Active (which is a great and informative site), "Learning to Snack Strategically."
Healthy snacks suggestions include Greek yogurt, of which I'm a huge fan, almonds, and cottage cheese.
The article is written by nutrition student and aspiring Registered Dietian, Amy Bortnick. I mention her because she writes a fabulous blog entitled, "Up Early with All Things Amy." Be sure to take a look at her recipes page. There's some good stuff posted there including a recipe for Apple Cinnamon Protein Muffins.
